I didn’t become a therapist because I had it all figured out — I became one because I didn’t.
Before therapy, I was an athlete, always chasing performance — pushing harder, faster, further. But when the season ended and the noise died down, I realized how much of my identity was tied to achievement. I didn’t know who I was outside of it. Finding the right therapist helped me slow down, confront the thoughts I’d been avoiding, and rebuild confidence from the inside out. That experience changed everything — and it’s what led me here.
Since then, I’ve worked with people rebuilding their lives after major challenges — learning to take accountability, rediscover purpose, and move forward with self-respect. Those experiences taught me that growth isn’t about perfection or pressure; it’s about empathy, awareness, and the willingness to show up for yourself. That’s the kind of work I do with men today — honest, direct, and built on real change.
A judgment-free, collaborative space built for men — a place to talk honestly and work through what’s getting in your way. The focus is on practical, evidence-based tools that help you make changes that last.
Accountability here doesn’t mean pressure or criticism; it means support, structure, and movement in the right direction. My clients often report feeling more confident, focused, and clear about who they are and where they’re headed. The goal isn’t to avoid struggle — it’s to build the resilience and self-trust to handle it.
