The goal isn’t to erase struggle — it’s to build the resilience to overcome it.

If you’ve ever trained through pain, led a team, or pushed yourself past exhaustion, as an athlete, you know what true strength looks like. However, that same mental toughness that propels you forward can also make it challenging to slow down, ask for help, or acknowledge when something feels off. If you’re reading this, you’ve likely attempted to manage everything on your own. Perhaps you tell yourself that others have it worse, or you don’t want to burden your teammates, friends, or family. Yet, you find yourself stuck — unmotivated, uncertain, and weary of trying to just 'push through.' My work focuses on athlete therapy, helping you access your will — the internal strength that’s already within you — and harness it to create meaningful, lasting change. As a former water polo player and coach, I understand the drive to improve, the fear of falling short, and the mental battles that accompany both competition and transition. Through evidence-based therapy and techniques like Motivational Interviewing, we’ll work together to shift the focus from perfection to progress with purpose.
